- 1 1/2 Lbs. butt end of ham
- one can strained tomatoes
- 2 cups diced celery
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1/2 cup diced potatoes
- 1 Lb. soup beans
- salt, pepper, paprika

Directions
Cover ham with water and allow it to boil until almost soft. Skim fat from broth, and add beans which have been parboiled, celery, onion, tomatoes, parsley, salt, pepper and paprika. continue to boil until potatoes are soft.
